摘    要:应用XRD、IR、EPMA等测试方法对所合成的杂原子分子筛进行了结构表征,均表明杂原子进入了分子筛骨架位,运用吡啶吸附的红外光谱、NH_3吸附的TPD及NH_3吸附的TG-DTA分析研究了含Si、Al、Fe、V、Ti的杂原子ZSM-5的酸性,酸性顺序为:Al>Fe>V≥Ti>Si。TG-DTA测定表明,杂原子分子筛的热稳定性良好。

Abstract:The structure and properties of heteroatom-containing zeolites have been investigated withXRD,IR,EPMA and TG-DTA.Results show that the heteroatom enters the site of the frame-work of the zeolites and has good thermal stability higher. The acidity of the heteroatom-contain-ing(Si,Al,Fe,V and Ti)ZSM-5 zeolite is studied using pyridine-adsorped IR spectra,NH_3-adsor-ped TPD and TG-DTA technique,and is found to have the order of Al>Fe>V≥Ti>Si.
