摘    要:针对文南油田外输管线日输能力低、外输压力上升的实际情况,依据原油清蜡机理,开发研制出了一种高效热力清蜡剂,测算了清蜡剂的热效应.通过室内和现场试验表明,该清蜡剂具有溶蜡快、分散作用较强、对原油无污染等特点,应用于输油管线清洗效果显著.

Abstract:Refering to the fact daily transportation capacity of routing pipeline in Wen Nan Oilfield is low and transportation pressure is rising.The effective wax-rid reagent was developed.According to the principle that wax is rid from oil,the heat effect of wax-rid reagent was developed.Laboratory and field experiments show the wax-rid reagent has the characteristics of rapid smelting wax high degree distribution,no pollution to oil,and it has got an obvious result in petroleum pipeline.
