G-M计数管新型直流高压电源设计

摘    要:G-M计数管工作需要性能稳定的直流高压电源供电。该直流高压电源利用输出采样与基准电压比较负反馈实现高压稳定控制,比较不同闭环放大倍数下直流高压电源性能,采取优化闭环放大倍数。该直流高压电源具有结构简单、体积较小、低纹波等特点,其输出电压在0~1 100 V范围内连续可调。测试结果表明:当高压典型输出电压为400 V时,电压稳定度可达0.17%,输出电压纹波峰最低峰值为62 m V,可满足G-M计数管的需求。

Design of a New DC High Voltage Power Supply for G-M Counter Tube
Abstract:Stable high voltage power supply is needed in operation of G-M counter tubes.The comparison of the output sampling voltage and the reference voltage negative feedback is used in the DC high voltage power supply to achieve high voltage stabilization control.And by comparing the performance of DC high voltage power supply under different closed-Loop amplification,the best closed-Loop amplification is gained.This DC high voltage power supply can be changed continuously from 0-1100V, which has the merits of simple structure, small volume and low ripple wave.It is shown that when the typical high output voltage is 400V, the voltage stability is 0.17%, the minimum peak value of the output voltage ripple is 62 mV.Thus the power supply can provide a stable DC high voltage for the G-M counter tube.
