反应堆安全壳超声波无线通信技术研究

摘    要:为解决传统的无线传感信号无法实现反应堆安全壳内外的信息传输问题,研究设计了通过超声波将无线信号传输到安全壳外的超声通信系统。超声通信系统的发射单元将信号加载于40 kHz的超声波上,超声通信单元将接收到的信号通过超声换能器穿过安全壳传输到接收单元,接收单元通过三级放大、检波、滤波、比较电路,最终实现信号由安全壳内到安全壳外的传输。系统在模拟安全壳工况下试验,试验结果表明:信号能够低功耗、稳定传输,且误码率低于10~(-6)。

Ultrasonic Wireless Communication Technology in Reactor Containment
Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the traditional wireless sensor signal can ’ t convey data from one side of reactor containment to the other side , an ultrasonic through -wall communication system is designed that ultrasonic waves are used to send data across reactor containment .The transmitting unit of ultrasonic through -wall communication system loads data signal on ultrasonic waves at 40 kHz.Ultrasonic communication unit transmits signal received from transmitting unit through the containment vessel to the receiving unit via ultrason -ic transducer.Receiving unit through three -stage amplification, detection, filtering, comparison circuit, final-ly realizes convey data from inside of reactor containment to outside .System under the working condition of sim-ulated containment test , the test results show that the signal can be low power consumption , stable transmis-sion, and the bit error rate is lower than 10 -6 .
