摘    要:通过对四种不同再接触流程,即脱戊烷塔顶燃料气有返回的顺流和逆流再接触流程,以及脱戊烷塔顶燃料气无返回的顺流和逆流再接触流程的模拟计算结果分析,比较了流程对重整氢纯度和收率、重整液体产品收率以及公用工程消耗的影响.结果表明,如果重整产氢不经提纯而直接用于后续加氢装置,则宜采用氢纯度最高的燃料气无返回的顺流再接触流程;如果要得到最高的液体收率,则宜采用燃料气有返回的顺流再接触流程;如果下游有进一步提纯氢的装置,则宜采用燃料气有返回或无返回的逆流再接触流程.

Abstract:Through the simulation calculation analysis of 4 different re-contacting processes, i.e. concurrent-flow and countercurrent-flow processes with fuel gas return from depentanizer overhead and concurrent- flow and countercurrent-flow processes without fuel gas return from depentanizer overheads, the impact of process on the hydrogen purity and yield, liquid yield and utility requirements are compared. The comparison concludes that, if the reformer hydrogen is directly used in the downstream units without purification, the con- current-flow re-contacting process of higher hydrogen purity without fuel gas return should be selected ; if maximized liquid yield is desired, the concurrent-flow recontacting process with fuel gas return should be considered; and if PSA is available downstream of the unit, the countercurrent-flow recontacting process with or without fuel gas return should be applied.
