| 摘 要： | 数码喷绘耗材涂布生产线是我国目前生产制造的一种新型涂布机,主要用于高光相纸、亚光相纸、PET聚脂片基、灯箱布、无纺布、油画布、丝光绢布等的涂布,具有广阔的发展前景.作者根据自己的设计经验,介绍了THZ1600型喷绘耗材涂布机的功用、主要涂布工艺、工作原理与结构设计技术.

| Abstract: | At the moment, the coating production line which in spraying-drawing material is a new coating machine in our country, which is used for high light printing paper,sub-light printing paper,PET film,lampbox cloth,non-woven cloth,canvas cloth and silk fabric, etc. There is a vast developing foreground in making the machine. In this article, the author introduces the function, the main coating craft, the working principle, the technique in designing construction,according to his own design experience. |
