| 摘 要： | 主要论述了在水电、房建工程项目管理中,为了对成本和进度进行有效控制,必须同时监控成本和进度的变化,进而提出了综合控制法原理、操作步骤,在实际工程中具有较强的可操作性,对于水电工程具有显著的意义。

It has a strong operability in the actual project and is of remarkable significance for the hydropower project. |
