| 摘 要： | 本文对低压铸造液面加压控制系统的信号发生器进行了理论分析,提出了为保证匀速充型信号发生器结构参数与铸型工艺参数间数学上应满足的关系,为改进与提高低压铸造液面加压系统的性能提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | The theoretical analysis on the signal generafor of a pre- ssure-operated system used to control metal liquid level for low Pressure casting has been carried out.The relationship meeting mathematics between the structural parameter of the signal generator and the technological factor of the mould has also been Pointed out to assure that the mould is filled uniformly Therefore,the theoretical basis for improving on the system function in cont- iolling the metal liquid level on low pressure casting is represented. |
