| 摘 要： | STEP-NC是一个CAD/CAM与CNC系统间实现数据交换的接口,基于STEP-NC的CAPP系统和CNC系统与传统的CAPP及CNC系统在功能模型上有很大区别.开发了一个基于STEP-NC的CAPP系统功能模型;在分析STEP-NC标准的基础上,通过对STEP-NC数据模型进行扩充和完善,建立统一的基于STEP-NC数据模型的开放式共享数据库,使得CAD/CAPP与CNC系统真正实现无缝集成.

| Abstract: | STEP-NC is a new interface standard for the CAD/CAM/CNC system, the CAPP system and CNC system based on STEP-NC Data Model are very different from conventional CAPP and CNC system on the function model. This paper develop a function model of CAPP system which is based on STEP-NC Data Model; by analyzing and extending the STEP-NC Data Model and establishing the sharing databases of information based on STEP-NC Data Model, the seamless integration between CAD/CAPP and CNC system can be realized. |
