悬臂式采矿车越障性能研究

摘    要:研究了悬臂式铰接结构采矿车的越障机理, 分析了悬臂位置对采矿车越障性能的影响。使用按比例缩小的实验车数据, 计算了不同悬臂位置参数下的极限越障坡度, 同时根据计算结果, 对相关参数进行了优化; 建立了基于优化后的结构参数的实验车虚拟样机系统, 并对该虚拟样机的越障过程进行了仿真分析。研究表明, 摩擦系数μ=0.4时, 该实验车可越过极限坡度为50°、垂直高度大于车轮直径的障碍物。结构参数优化后, 其越障极限坡度可达65°。

Abstract:The obstacle-surmounting mechanism of the cantilever joint mining vehicle is studied. The influence of the cantilever position on the obstacle-surmounting performance is analysed as well. The utmost surmounting gradients at different parameters of cantilever position are figured out. Meanwhile, according to the calculation results, the parameters of the vehicle are optimized. A virtual prototype system of the vehicle is built based on the optimized parameters. The obstacle-surmounting performance of the vehicle is studied. According to the results of simulation and study, it can draw a conclusion that when μ=0.4, the cantilever mining vehicle can surmount an obstacle with a gradient of 50° and an upright height larger than the tire diameter. After the parameter's optimization, the utmost surmounting gradient can reach to 65°.
