钢带精密摩擦传动试验台的设计

摘    要:为测量长距离钢带精密摩擦传动能产生的最大牵引力,设计了中心距可调、牵引力可测的钢带摩擦传动试验台.采用全钢架式底座,具有结构稳固、中心距调整简便的特点;设计电机牵引式张紧装置,能实现钢带的自动张紧功能,对其张紧力和张紧行程进行了分析与计算;带轮结构为轮缘和轮毂的装配式,轮缘加工成腰鼓型,轮缘和轮毂为错开式凸台配合,从而解决了带轮卷边和更换不便的问题;最后设计了检测装置和负载装置,并对它们的安装进行了合理的设计.经装配与试验,表明本设计方案能较好地满足试验要求,从而为相关的摩擦传动试验奠定基础.
