| 摘 要： | 1944-1947年,在武汉开展的由朱皆平主持的"武汉区域规划",是中国近代城市规划史上第一次区域规划实践.在介绍了此规划活动的发展历程、四大规划成果及主要理论来源后,分析了此规划活动所体现的先进意识和局限性.通过了解"武汉区域规划"的主持者朱皆平的经历生涯,从人物史角度探寻该规划活动的内在动因与发展特点.
