| 摘 要： | 指出合理低价中标法是执行清单计价模式后所采用的评标方法,介绍了合理低价中标法的含义及意义,分析了现行合理低价中标法的缺陷和问题,提出了实施合理低价中标法的保证措施,并加以总结归纳,以提高施工企业管理水平。

| Abstract: | It pointed out that the reasonable lower price winning bid method was investment adopted method after implementing list price model,the meaning and implication of winning the bid with reasonable lower price were introduced,the drawbacks and problems of existing winning the bid with lower price were analyzed,the guaranteeing measures of implementing reasonable lower price winning bid method were proposed,which was generalized so as to enhance construction enterprise management level. |
