超临界萃取法从银杏叶中提取黄酮类化合物、萜内酯的工艺研究

摘    要:采用超临界CO2萃取的方法,研究了从银杏叶中提取黄酮类化合物、萜内酯的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:在较低的操作压力下,本工艺可有效地提取出银杏叶中的药用活性成分黄酮类化合物和萜内酯。其中黄酮含量达28%以上,萜内酯含量达7%以上;且银杏叶中的有毒物质银杏酚酸的含量得到了较好的控制。

Abstract:A method of supercritical CO 2 extraction was used to extract the flavanoides and gingkolides from the leaves of gingko,and the optimum operations were discussed. The results show that this technology is efficient to extract the medicinal active materials from the leaves of gingko under the lower operation pressure,the content of the flavanoides in the product is above 28% and that of the gingkolides is above 7%.At the same time,the harmful component in gingko is reduced efficiently.
