富铅渣熔融还原加料工艺研究

摘    要:以铅含量为15%的富铅渣为原料,研究了碳直接还原液态富铅渣工艺制度。系统考察了加料方式、还原剂种类与加入量对富铅渣液态还原过程的影响。结果表明:采用还原剂与富铅渣混合配料进行还原效果较好,半焦还原性能优于褐煤。当采用褐煤进行还原时,焦率为3%,还原终渣含铅可低于1%。

Abstract:The study on direct carbon reduction of liquid lead- rich slag process system,which is made by 15% lead content lead- rich slag as the raw material. The feeding method,reducing agent type,and the effect of addition amount on liquid reducing process of lead- rich slag are investigated systematically. The results show: The reduction effect is good with the mixed dosing of reducing agent and lead- rich slag; the reducing property of semi-coke is better than brown coal. The coke rate is 3% and the lead content in reducing final slag can lower than 1% when brown coal is adopted for reducing.
