全氟辛基季胺碘化物与DNA作用的共振光散射光谱分析

摘    要:研究了全氟辛基季胺碘化物(FC-134)与脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)作用的共振光散射光谱。FC-134本身共振光散射强度较弱,在加入DNA后,共振光强度明显增强,其强度与DNA浓度成正比,并且在pH3.5时,DNA与FC.134在370nm处共振光散射强度达到最大,且保持稳定。ctDNA的线性范围为0.2~1.0mg·L^-1,检测限为0.017mg·L^-1。该法用于合成样品中DNA的测定,测定结果较好。

Abstract:The interaction between FC-134 and DNA was studied by resonance light scattering technique.When DNA was added,the intensity of RLS enhanced obviously,and it was found to be proportional to the concentration of DNA.At pH 3.5, maximum resonance light scattering peak of the the interaction between FC-134 and DNA exhibited at 370nm,and the strongest signal kept steady.The enhanced intensity of RLS is proportional to the concentration of DNA in a range of 0.2~1.0mg·L- , 1 the detection limit is 0.017 mg·L- .The method was applied to the determination of synthetic samples with 1 satisfactory results.
