油井深部堵水技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对常规油井堵水增产幅度低、有效期短等问题,提出了一种油井深部堵水技术,该技术是将强度由’弱到强的油井堵剂依次注入欲封堵的高渗透条带的远井地带、过渡地带和近井地带,从而达到深部堵水、延长堵水有效期、增油降水的目的。室内研究表明,油井深部堵水可以更高提高水驱波及系数,进而提高原油采收率,并且堵剂放置的位置存在一个最佳深度,此时单位体积堵剂的采收率增值最大。矿场试验也证明了油井深部堵水技术是一项经济效益可观的,控水稳油、提高采收率的可靠、可行的技术,值得重视和推广。

Abstract:Based on the problems existent in common water plugging technique, such as low increase production, short period of validity and so on, the deep water plugging technique was developed. The technique make water plugging agents with intensity from weakness to strong are injected into far, zone of transition and immediate vicinity of wellbore of high penetrability formation, as a result the goals of deep plugging water, extending period of validity, adding oil and decreasing water were attained. The laboratory experiment indicates that the deep water plugging in oil well could improve flooding conformance factor and oil recovery factor. The field experiment indicated that deep water plugging technique is a controlling water and stabilizing oil technique, it is worth popularizing and applying.
