| 摘 要： | 随着钢铁产品结构向高附加值高技术含量的转变，作为大多数钢铁企业战略产品的汽车板的全球化发展战略，是我们当前应该重视的问题。主要介绍韩国浦项钢铁公司汽车板的全球发展战略。浦项钢铁公司的长远战略规模最突出的一个特点是通过在国外投资建厂和国内设备改造扩大产能来实现其全球化经营战略目标。

| Abstract: | Along with the transformation of the structure of steel products to that with high added value and high technical content,attention has to be paid to the global development strategy of the automobile sheets,which have been taken as the strategic products by the vast majority of the iron and steel enterprises all over the world.The present paper mainly introduces the global development strategy of automobile sheets in POSCO.One of the most prominent feature in POSCO's long term development plan is to realize its global business strategic target by investing and building steel plants abroad and by renovating steel-making equipments and expanding productivity at home simultaneously. |
