聚天冬氨酸合成及其阻垢性能

摘    要:采用马来酸酐和铵盐热缩聚反应制备聚天冬氨酸(PASP)阻垢剂。通过正交试验设计确定了合成聚天冬氨酸的最佳反应条件,用红外光谱对聚合物做了表征。研究了钙离子浓度、阻垢剂浓度及水浴温度对阻垢性能的影响。结果表明,聚天冬氨酸具有很好的阻垢性能,是一种低能耗的阻垢剂,并且水浴温度及钙离子的浓度对阻垢率均有影响。

Abstract:A scale inhibitor of polyaspartic acid (PASP) was prepared from the thermal polycondensation of maleic anhydride and ammonium salt. The optimum reaction conditions for the synthesis of PASP were determined by means of orthogonal experimental design, and the polymer was verified by IR spectrum. The effects of Ca2+ concentration, scale inhibitor concentration as well as water bath temperature on scale inhibiting performance were studied. The results showed: Polyaspartic acid has very good scale inhibiting performance and is a low energy-consuming scale inhibitor, while both water bath temperature and Ca2+ concentration have effects on the scale inhibiting efficiency.
