摘    要:采用停机不停炉的机组停运方式,可有效、合理地缩短机组发生主蒸汽、再热蒸汽系统泄漏时的临时检修工期,减少机组停、起用油。某电厂300MW机组每成功应用一次该方法,产生的直接经济效益在100万元以上。因此,在对锅炉蒸汽系统泄漏进行检修处理时,对具备采用停机不停炉方法的机组,使用该方法非常有益。

Abstract:Adopting technology to shutdown turbine while keeping boiler in operation for block unit, the temporary repair period can be effectively and reasonably shortened when leakage had occurred in main steam system or reheated steam system of said unit, reducing fuel oil used for shutdown and startup of the unit. The economic benefit produced at each time of successfully using said technology for 300 MW unit in one power plant is valued at above one million yuan RMB, the safe and economic benefits being obvious. Therefore, for unit having conditions to use said technology, during the time of carrying out repair treatment for leakage occurred in steam system of the boiler, it is very benefical to use said technology.
