| 摘 要： | 该文基于对中国知网1990年以来的TOD（Transit-Oriented Development）相关文献进行统计梳理,分析近20年来我国在轨道交通和土地利用方面研究的学术轨迹,总结TOD策略在我国城市的引介历程,对TOD策略在我国本土化研究方面进行相关解析与展望。

| Abstract: | Based on the articles about urban rail transit and land use in CNKI database during 1990~2010, this paper analyzes the domestic relevant academic course of researches in recent twenty years, and summarizes the course of introducing TOD (Transit Oriented Development) in China. Besides, it analyzes the development venation and current situation of TOD localization strategy. |
