风景名胜区城市化问题及其规划对策研究——以安徽太平湖风景名胜区为例

随着我国城市化进程的不断加剧，风景名胜区也不可避免地面临着城市化的问题。风景名胜区城市化现象，其实质是风景名胜区资源保护与利用之间的突出矛盾。面对风景名胜区城市化现象这一棘手的问题，规划师不应该回避问题，一味地抱怨法律制度和管理体制的不完善。因此该文以安徽太平湖风景名胜区总体规划为例，研究在现有管理体制、规划制度下，如何更好地解决风景名胜区城市化问题，提出切实可行的对策和建议。

The Planning and Countermeasure Research of Chinese Scenic Spot Urbanization:A Case Study of Anhui Taiping Lake National Park

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the national park is also facing the urbanization problems inevitably.The urbanization phenomenon of scenic spot,is the prominent contradiction of the resources conservation and the utilization.Facing national park urbanization problem,the planner should not avoid the questions and complain the legal system and the management system are imperfect constantly.Therefore this paper based on technical level,with the master planning of Taiping Lake national park as an example,under the existing management system and planning regime,proposed the feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve this problem.
