| 摘 要： | 广州市珠江新城金穗路北侧地下空间是以地下轨道为依托的集交通衔接、商业开发、城市广场等功能相融合的城市地下综合体。项目利用优越的地理位置、方便的交通联系，充分发挥其在商业开发方面的巨大潜能．营造出以购物中心为主体的多种业态并存的复合商业空间模式，与区域周边的商务办公、酒店、公共配套等共同形成广州市新的商业核心区。

| Abstract: | The Zhujiang New Town underground space project is an urban underground complex including traffic connection,business development and urban square space in north of Jinsui Road,Guangzhou.With the excellent location and convenient traffic connections,the project possesses tremendous commercial potential.The new plan includes a main shopping mall and the others commercial activities,which will be a new urban commercial core area with the business offices,hotels and communal facilities nearby. |
