昆明高层住宅建筑节能现状探析

昆明在全国建筑热工分区中属温和地区，由于其舒适的气候条件，建筑冬季无需采暖，对于冬季的保温要求与夏季的隔热不如全国其它地区严格，在过去很长一段时间内住宅建筑节能问题一直得不到重视。但是，随着建筑业的迅猛发展以及人们对住区生活质量要求的提高，尤其是房地产及城中村改造项目的持续推进，使得昆明的住宅高度总体向上攀升，由此带来的建筑能耗增加就不得不成为关注的新焦点，高层住宅进行节能设计刻不容缓。该文针对目前昆明高层住宅发展趋势和住宅节能现状，分析了在昆明进行住宅节能设计的必要性，并结合两个典型案例说明了昆明高层住宅节能的应用，提出该地区在其优越的气候条件下，更应重视新建住宅的节能设计，从而为昆明城市创造出既舒适又利于可持续发展的绿色住区。

Research on the Building Energy-saving Situation of High-rise Residence in Kunming

Kunming belongs to warm area in building thermal partition of our country.Because of the comfortable climatic conditions,buildings never need to have heating in winter.And the requirements of heat preservation in winter and heat insulation in summer are less important than any other areas.So the problem of residential energy saving has not been the focus of the public for a long time.With the development of the economy and people’s more requirements for life quality of settlements,especially with the fast development of real states and the speeding of city reformation for its inner rural-village,the energy consumed by buildings is increasingly higher than ever before,it has become a focused problem of the public today.The energy-saving for rising up of the high-rise buildings is urgent for us.This paper,based on the trend of the high-rise residential development and the situation of building energy saving,analyses the necessity of the residential energy-saving design,then combining two typical of cases to illustrate the application of high-rise residence energy-saving in Kunming,proposes that considerable importance should be attached to the energy saving and environmental protection of the residence under the special climate.Only in this way can we create more green settlements with more harmonious and sustainable features.
