| 摘 要： | 综合性地产项目开发对城市空间影响巨大，从城市角度出发的开发策略和项目自身的特色定位，是决定成功的关键因素。该文以建成的浙江金华东方国际商业中心开发项目为例，从整体性开发模式、城市设计、多元化功能设置、集约化空间、商业步行街、建筑单体特色等方面进行了论述，力求探索大规模混合功能的地产项目开发策略和规划设计特点。

| Abstract: | The development of a comprehensive real estate projects have significant impact on the urban space.The development strategy from the view of the city and the characteristics of the project is a critical success factor.The article discusses the Zhejiang Jinhua international trade center from the integrated development,urban design,diversified feature setting,intensive space,commercial pedestrian and the characteristics of the architecture to explore the design features of the large-scale mixed function of the real estate project’s development and urban design. |
