球墨铸铁稀土催渗软氮化动力学研究

摘    要:本文在通氨滴醇软氮化基础上加入不同量的稀土元素,研究了稀土元素对Q770-2球墨铸铁软氮化动力学的影响以及稀土的催渗机理。结果表明,稀土元素(La)可以渗入球铁表面,主要存在于石墨边界及基体晶界,对软氮化过程具有显著的催渗作用,使渗层表面硬度及渗层硬度增加、渗层深度增加。加15克稀土软氮化可使软氮化渗速提高55%。

Abstract:This paper deals with the kinetic effect of rare earth element on nitrocarburizing for nodular graphite cast iron QT70-2 by adding rare earth element into nitrocarburizing mediums composed of ammonia and ethyl alcoh, and studies catalysis mechanism of rare earth element. The results show that rare earth element (La) can be diffussed into the surface of nodular cast iron and is located in the graphite boundaries and matrix grain boundaries. It possesses remarkable effect\of catalysis on nitrocarburizing process, can increase surface microhardness. diffusing layer microhardness and depth of layer. The nitrocarburizing rate can be increased 55% by adding 15 gram of rare elements.
