摘    要:多丝复合结构面接触钢丝绳与GB/T 16269—1996《面接触钢丝绳》中4个主要结构的钢丝绳相比具有很多特点。介绍采用整体模拉法生产6T×31SW+1wR—28和6T×36SW+IWR—30多丝复合结构面接触钢丝绳的生产工艺:拉丝模采用YG8硬质合金模芯,模芯外径≥30 mm,模套高度35 mm,定径带长度1.0~1.3 mm,工作锥角度14°~16°,模芯与模套装配应采用热压法;捻制时,股中钢丝定尺系数一般取1.0,股捻距不得大于股径的10倍,钢丝绳捻距不得大于绳径的7.5倍;预变形器的三辊间距、压弯量应适中;穿模操作应按正确程序进行。阐述断丝修复的难点、依据及操作方法。

Abstract:To compare with 4 main structure wire rope in GB/T 16269-1996 surface contact wire rope, multi-wire composite structure surface contact wire rope has many characteristics. The production process of producing 6T × 31SW + IWR- 28 and 6T ×36SW + IWR-30 multi-wire composite structure surface contact wire rope by adopting integrated die drawing was introduced. Wire drawing die adopted YG8 cemented carbide die core, outer diameter of die core was no less than 30 mm, height of case was 35 mm, length of sizing zone was from 1.0 mm to 1.3 mm, working cone angle was from 14°to 16°, the assembly of die core and case adopted hot pressing way. Cutting length coefficient of steel wire in strand usually was 1.0 while stranding. Lay pitch of strand was no more than 10 times of strand diameter. Lay pitch of wire rope was no more than 7.5 times of rope diameter. The three-roller space, inter mesh of pre-deformation device should be moderate. To push through die operation should be done according to right procedure. The difficulties, basis and operation way of broken wire repairing was illustrated.
