| Abstract: | This paper describes the study of chemical bonds in carbon and boron materials (single-crystalline graphite, natural diamond, boron carbide and pure boron) by electron probe microanalysis. BK and CK X-ray emission spectra of the investigated materials are presented and discussed. |
