摘    要:采用了基于模型的故障仿真技术来解决故障诊断问题,并为某型发动机建立了在线故障诊断的仿真系统,该系统利用MATLAB的SIMULINK和STATEFLOW工具箱建立完成,其中包括发动机、传感器、控制器和执行器模型,模型兼顾实时性和准确性,为电控柴油机故障自诊断系统提供了良好的开发和验证平台。

Abstract:This paper describes the application of model-based techniques to handle the problem of fault diagnostics. A specific diesel engine on board simulation system of fault self-diagnostics is established by MATLAB/SIMULINK and STATEFLOW toolbox. This system includes engine, sensors, ECU(Electronic Control Unit) and actuators model, and it is a real-time and accurately simulated dynamic system, a comfortable desktop environment for development and validation of electronic control diesel engine fault diagnostic system.
