摘    要:热喷涂的工作原理决定了其涂层孔隙是不可避免的。当涂层用于防腐蚀时,腐蚀介质会通过孔隙到达基体表面,从而造成防腐失败。固此,降低涂层孔隙率是提高涂层防腐蚀性能的重要途径。本文分析了涂层孔隙产生原因,总结了降低热喷涂涂层孔隙率的方法,对未来涂层封孔技术进行了展望,并提出一种新的涂层封孔剂-釉。

Abstract:It is inevitable to avoid coating porosity because of the working principium of the thermal spraying. When the coating is used to prevent corrosion, the corrosive medium will get to the surface of the base through the pores and result in ineffective corrosion protection . Therefore, it is important to increase the corrosion resistance by reducing coating porosity. This paper summarizes the cause of coating porosity and the aim of sealing treatment and the way to decrease the coating porosity. Expectation of the sealing technology and glaze as a new sealing material are brought out.
