| 摘 要： | 陶瓷材料特性鲜明，有着广泛的应用前景，但其应用时对表面粗糙度要求高、分析研究高速走丝电火花线切割加工Si3N4陶瓷材料时影响表面粗糙度的主要因素，并提出了改善表面粗糙度的方法。
