牙轮钻头滑动轴承失效分析

摘    要:收集了近几年20只现场失效牙轮钻头,对其轴承表面金相组织和硬度以及影响牙轮钻头滑动轴承失效的主要因素进行了分析。结果表明,牙轮钻头在工作过程中温度升高引起的轴承表面金相组织发生改变、硬度降低、抗磨性能减弱,是导致牙轮钻头轴承在高转速下快速失效的根本原因;牙轮钻头轴承的主要失效形式就是粘着磨损,其中载荷工况、相对滑动速度和表面涂层是影响牙轮钻头滑动轴承摩擦学性能的主要因素;采用在原轴承基础上加入浮动套的方法降低原轴承的相对滑动速度,是目前提高牙轮钻头滑动轴承摩擦学性能,延长轴承在高速钻井下使用寿命的有效途径。

Abstract:With 20 rock bits which used in the field,bearings' surface metallography,rigidity,and the main factors influence the life of the rock bit journal bearings were studied.The results indicate that the metallographic changing,rigidity reducing,and anti-grinded weakening,which caused by the temperature rising in the rock bit working process,are the main reasons of rock bit journal bearings' fast failure at high rotate speed.The main failure form of the rock bit journal bearings is adhesion wear.And the mostly factors,which affected the friction,include three facets:the load,relatively sliding speed and the coating.The method that adds a floating ring in the structure of the journal bearings to reduce the relatively sliding speed can depress the friction of the rock bit journal bearings,and prolong the working life of the journal bearings.
