摘    要:针对宁夏回族自治区水利信息化建设的需求,提出利用现有的GPRS网络建立水利数据采集及远程实时监控系统的方案.通过将数据系统与Intemet相连,达到对宁夏水资源信息化管理的目的,并提出一种采用时差法测量原理、基于GPRS的超声波明渠流量计的设计方案,给出了流量计的硬件结构和具体设计方案,并对GPRS数据传输终端进行了研究和设计.

Abstract:In view of the Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region water conservation informationization construction's demand, the monitoring system and network are proposed, which use the existing GPRS net to establish water conservation data acquisition and long-distance real-time monitor. Its data system can be connected to Internet, achieving the goal of Ningxia water resources informationization management. A design proposal of ultrasonic wave open channel flowmeter based on the GPRS is proposed, which uses the principle of time difference method. The flowmeter's hardware architecture and the design proposal are accomplished, moreover, the research and design of GPRS DTU are accomplished.
