液压挖掘机恒功率与变功率协调控制节能系统研究

摘    要:提出一种新的挖掘机节能控制策略———恒功率与变功率协调控制,根据负载变化的多样性与复杂性,通过控制器对发动机和泵进行调节,使发动机—泵—负载进行恒功率—变功率协调匹配,可使发动机的输出功率充分被泵吸收,并且使发动机工作在最优工作点上,提高燃油利用率和整机效率。

Abstract:This passage puts forward a new control method in hydraulic excavator in order to save energy--the correspond control between constant power and variable power. According to the variety and complexity of loading we can use controller to control the engine and the pump to make them matching the loading. In this method the power of the engine can be used as much as possible and the engine can work on it's excellent point to increase the usage of the fuel and the efficiency of the whole machine.
