加强客户端用电安全管理的分析

随着电力体制改革的深化,供电企业与电力客户之间的产权界定有了新的划分,客户端用电不安全事件时有发生,对电网安全运行造成影响。对客户端用电管理进行了调查分析,提出了建立供、用、管“三位一体”的客户端电气安全管理机制,从根本上解决客户端电气安全管理中存在的问题,理顺电气安全管理秩序。
