摘    要:克拉2气田中央处理厂乙二醇系统存在着乙二醇损耗偏大的问题。通过运用乙二醇防止水合物生成的基本原理及相关处理参数,在对中央处理厂的天然气处理及乙二醇循环再生的工艺流程进行分析的基础上,找出导致乙二醇损耗偏大的主要因素,并提出通过减少乙二醇注入量、降低再生塔塔底温度、加高三相分离器堰板的高度、增大回流罐容积等措施来降低乙二醇的损耗。现场实施证明,经过整改后,在保证乙二醇系统运行可靠的前提下,降低了乙二醇的损耗,提高了经济效益。

Abstract:The issue of rather great loss on glycol exists at the Central Natural Gas Processing Plant of the Kela 2 gas field. By use of the basic principle and the correlated parameters on the technology of preventing gas hydrate from generating by glycol, this study investigated into deep analysis on the whole flowchart including natural gas processing and glycol recycled to find out the main reason on the great loss of glycol in the process. Many measures were suggested to reduce the loss of glycol in the process as follows: cutting down the quantity of feeding glycol, lowering the temperature at the bottom of the actifier column, adding the height of weir baffle of three phase separator, and increasing the volume of reflux tank, etc. Field experiences proved that the innovated technology was cost effective and practical in actual uses under the condition of reliable operation of the glycol system.
