摘    要:通过对旋流燃烧器在低负荷工作状态下的冷态试验,利用热线风速仪对其出口流场进行了测量,得到了燃烧器流场的分布状况。在试验前对热线风速仪进行了标定,研究了喷口角度变化对燃烧器出口速度场的影响。分析了各种工况下的轴向、切向速度的变化状况并且通过烟气示踪定性地了解了喷口内中心回流区的形成以及喷口外射流扩展角的差异。通过分析得到,该燃烧器在不同负荷状态下均搭配各种角度喷口时能较好地组织合理的空气动力场。通过冷态试验研究,为下一步热态试验奠定了一定的理论基础。

Abstract:Through the cold-stat experiment on cyclone burner, used the hot-wire anemometer to measure the outlet of flow field, obtained the burner flow field distributed condition. Hot-wire anemometer has must been revised before the experiment, investigated the nozzle angle change to have effect on the velocity field to the burner outlet. Axial and tangential velocity under each kind of operating mode is analyzed, and used the tracer smoke to intuitively find out the region formation of return flow in nozzle interior as well as difference of the jet flow extended angle out of the nozzle. Through the analysis has obtained, that the burner can buildup reasonable aerodynamic force field while it matches each kind of angle nozzle in the different load conditions. Through this cold-state experimental research, has laid certain rationale for the next step thermal-state experimental study.
