| 摘 要： | 介绍了中国石油兰州石化公司500万t/a常减压蒸馏装置加工轻质原油时存在的运行问题及采取的改造措施。运行数据分析结果表明,影响装置加工量的"瓶颈"主要集中在初馏系统和加热炉。通过采取增大初馏塔塔盘开孔率,增大初馏塔塔顶换热器及空冷器的面积,更换加热炉的高低压瓦斯联合燃烧器及在其对流室、空气预热器新增吹灰器等改造措施,使装置的加工能力由改造前的1.4万t/d提高到1.6万t/d,加工损失量降低,装置运行平稳。
