| Abstract: | The effect of a constant electric field on the domain structure formation in ferroelectric lead scandium niobate (PbSc0.5Nb05O3) crystals was studied by a polarization-optical method. It is shown that the crystals contain 71° and 180° domains with the boundaries representing (100) and (110) crystal planes. |
