隔离开关触头寿命的试验研究

摘    要:隔离开关设备是电网中一种重要的开关类设备,大量的敞开式隔离开关在户外装用,受环境因素影响较大。为了增大通流能力、减小回路电阻,通常对隔离开关导电杆、动静触头表面进行镀银处理。通过对近年来隔离开关设备现场运行情况进行统计分析,发现隔离开关动静触头镀银层磨损、脱落情况频发,造成回路电阻增大、隔离开关出现发热缺陷。本文针对隔离开关动静触头的三种镀银方式:普通镀银、镀硬银、石墨镀银,分别进行了大量机械操作试验,分时分阶段地观察镀银层磨损情况、测量镀银层厚度及回路电阻,通过试验结果分析论证三种镀银方式的厚度、硬度及抗磨损等性能。

Abstract:The disconnector is one of important switchgear of power grid. Many open-wide type disconnectors are installed outdoors, and are subject to greater environmental impact. For increasing current carrying capacity, reducing loop resistance, the disconnector conductive rod and the surface of static and dynamic contacts are plated with silver usually. By statistical analysis of the site operation of disconnectors in recent years, the paper found that the silver layer of static and dynamic contacts is weared and fallen away frequently, then the loop resistance increases to make disconnector fever. The paper made a large number of mechanical operation tests on ordinary sliver, hard sliver, and sliver plated graphite, observed wearing condition and measured the thickness of sliver layer and loop resistance. According to the results, the thickness, hardness, and anti-wear performance of the three modes were analyzed
