TiO_2包覆的尖晶石LiMn_2O_4的电化学性能

摘    要:用超声波振荡法,将粒径约为20 nm、用溶胶-凝胶法合成的TiO2颗粒包覆在流变相法合成的LiMn2O4表面,再在600 ℃下处理2 h,得到TiO2包覆的尖晶石LiMn2O4.在3.0~4.4 V,产物以1.0 C充放电的首次放电比容量为121.7 mAh/g,第100次循环的放电比容量为108.3 mAh/g;以0.5 C充放电的首次放电比容量为126.7 mAh/g,第200次循环的容量保持率为86.0%.

Abstract:TiO_2 with particle size about 20 nm prepared by sol-gel method was coated on the surface of LiMn_2O_4 prepared by rhe-ological phase reaction method via ultrasonic wave oscillation method, then treated at 600 ℃ for 2 h to obtain the spinel LiMn_2O_4 coated with TiO_2. At 3.0~4.4 V, the initial specific discharge capacity of the product charge-discharge at 1.0 C was 121.7 mAh/g,the specific discharge capacity at the 100th cycle was 108.3 mAh/g,the initial specific discharge capacity charge-discharge at 0.5 C was 126.7 mAh/g,the capacity retention at the 200th cycle was 86.0%.
