高压气瓶水压试验装置的设计

摘    要:中国采用计算机控制技术进行气瓶水压试验装置已逐步投入使用,计算机控制的水压试验与传统的人工水压试验相比较具有效率高,精度高的特点。本文将介绍计算机控制气瓶外测法水压试验装置设计、试验压力和试验排水量测定的控制方法,讨论了气瓶外测法试验装置的状态监测方法。

Abstract:Computer control gas cylinder test devices are in use step by step in China. Gas cylinder tests controlled by computer are more effcient and higher precision than the traditional manual control tests. This paper presentations the design of computer control gas cylinder test device. It discusses the principle and the method of the device how to control the testing pressure and the extrusive water's quantity. It also discusses the method of the status monitor of gas cylinder testing device.
