摘    要:随着光通信技术的快速发展,光纤传输的容量呈几何式增长,对密集波分复用(DWDM)网络系统的管理和调度灵活性要求也在不断提高。波长可调模块可以满足网络管理灵活的要求,在波分复用(WDM)系统和5G网络中将会有广泛应用。而作为模块内的核心元件,可调激光器的研究就显得尤为重要。文章介绍了一种可调激光器和硅光调制器芯片混合集成封装技术,利用一种胶合标准具的设计进行波长控制,节省了半导体制冷器,减小了封装尺寸。其制作的可调激光器件能满足ITU-96通道的波长输出,且满足100 G BASE-LR4国际标准的工作眼图要求。

Abstract:With the rapid development of optical communication technology,the capacity of optical transmission increases dramatically.The flexible requirements for the management and scheduling of Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing(DWDM)network systems also become higher.The wavelength adjustable module can meet the requirements of flexible network management,which will be widely used in Wavelength Division Multiplexing(WDM)system and 5G network.As the core component in the module,the research of tunable laser is particularly important.This paper introduces the hybrid integrated package technology of tunable laser and silicon modulator chip,which uses the design of an etalon a gluing standard to control the wavelength,saving the design of semiconductor refrigerator and the package size.The tunable laser produced meets the wavelength output requirements of ITU-96 channel,and the eye map meets the working eye map of 100 G Base-LR4 international standard.
