把握关键因素解决汽车涂装车间调试难题

国内近年新建先进汽车涂装车间较多，技术水平不断革新，但对工艺、设备、材料、生产的把握方面有些还欠缺。一个新建汽车涂装车间（以下简称本车间）调试了几个月无法投产，作者受邀去现场解决调试难题。经过现场研究，发现影响投产的因素虽然错综复杂较多，一部分是没有掌握水性材料、紧凑工艺、自动化、智能系统的特性，另一部分是受行业普遍重设备轻工艺技术的影响，堆砌设备而不统筹规划但每个具体问题总有一两个关键的制约因素。作者通过督导团队发现和解决各个问题的关键制约因素，顺利实现项目的量产。在此分享调试过程中遇到的主要问题和关键解决措施，希望能够和行业共同交流提升。

Grasp the Key Factors to Solve the Debugging Problems in Automobile Painting Workshop

In recent years,there are many new advanced automobile painting workshops constructed in China,and the technical level is constantly innovated,but there are still some deficiencies in the control of technology,equipment,materials and production. A new painting workshop(hereinafter referred to as this workshop)has been commissioned for several months and cannot be put into operation. The author was invited to be as an supervisor to solve the debugging problems. After field investigation,it was found that there were many factors affecting the production,one was not to understand the characteristics of water-based materials,compact process,automation and intelligent system,the other was followed by the industry’s general tendency-prefer equipment to process technology,only adding more equipment without an overall planning. The author found and solved the key constraints of each problem through the supervision team,and successfully realized the scale production of the project. The author wished to share the main problems and key solutions encountered in the commissioning process with the readers.
