摘    要:目前互感器负荷箱校准采用的是“半自动化”装置,即负荷值测量自动化,档位切换人工操作。该文设计了一种基于视觉识别的负荷箱档位自动切换装置,该装置能通过视觉子系统识别负荷箱负载档位信息,上传到上位机形成校准方案,然后通过运动控制适配器将负荷箱的机械档位自动切换到方案上相对应的负载点进行校准,实现负荷箱校准的全自动化。

Abstract:Aiming at the low degree of automation of load box calibration and the cumbersome and redundant operation,a self-adaptive calibration device based on visual recognition is developed.The device can identify the load point information recorded on the load box through the visual system,upload it to the host computer to form the calibration scheme,and then use the motion control adapter to automatically switch the mechanical position of the load box to the corresponding load point on the program.The installation of the load box cumbersome calibration work into a simple one-button operation,effectively improve the load box calibration automation,intelligent level.
