应用型本科院校辅导员育人模式探究

高校思政工作是高等教育的重要内容，而辅导员作为思政工作的主要承担者和实践者，对培养应用型人才也起到至关重要的作用。以应用型本科高校育人现状作为出发点，通过分析指出现阶段我国应用型本科高校在培养人才方面面临信息时代以及学生个性化带来的巨大挑战，基于此提出以辅导员为桥梁和纽带，联系原生家庭成员、专业教师和学生党员共同参与，对高校学生进行全过程和全方位的教育与培养模式。

A Study on Educational Mode of Counselors in the Application-oriented Universities

Ideological and political work in universities is an important part of higher education. As the main undertaker and practitioner of ideological and political work, counselors also play a vital role in cultivating applied talents. The author analyzed the applied present situation of undergraduate colleges and universities education and pointed out that in training talents that will face information age and training personalized talents, the counselors face a huge challenge and based on this, the author puts forward that the counselor should be the bridge and the link, shoulder the responsibility of contacting the native family members, professional teachers and students to establish a comprehensive education and training mode of monitoring the whole process and all directions.
