我国水污染物总量控制研究现状

摘    要:水污染物排放总量控制与浓度控制是水质达标管理的前提.结合水污染物总量控制的发展进程,对理论完善、实施应用、深入探讨3个阶段的进展及特征进行了阐述.对污染物总量控制实施中的人河控制、总量分配相关技术细节进行了介绍,并给出了实施总量控制的优点.最后,给出污染物总量控制的实施意义.
