| 摘 要： | 对马钢2 500 m^3高炉炉况失常的处理进行了总结,认为长期空仓、低槽位和焦炭质量下降造成炉缸状况变差是此次炉况失常的主要原因,通过稳定炉况、一次性大量退负荷、活跃中心控制边缘气流等措施,使高炉炉况恢复正常。

| Abstract: | It is concluded the abnormal condition of 2 500 m3 blast furnace.It is considered that the main reason for the abnormal condition is hearth condition getting worse caused by a long-time empty storing,low tank level and worse coke quality.The furnace condition gets recovered through stabilizing the condition,reducing load in quantity once only,and activating central and controlling edge air flow. |
