提高CSP连拉炉数的应用研究

摘    要:对提高薄板坯连铸连轧(CSP)连拉炉数进行了应用研究,通过采取优化钢水化学成分,改善钢水流动性,控制精炼时间、净吹时间、钢水温度,对耐材进行改进,选用性能优良的保护渣,加强对结晶器的管理和控制,控制钢包下渣量及中间包内渣层厚度,降低漏钢事故,优化二冷水的控制等技术措施,使连拉炉数得到了提高,取得了较为满意的效果和效益。
