| 摘 要： | 介绍了2 250 mm热轧厂辊缝润滑设备构造、供油系统、供水系统、润滑原理、轧制工艺要求等,重点讨论优化工艺润滑在热连轧带钢生产中的应用,针对高强钢生产制定了相应的措施,为辊缝润滑系统在热连轧带钢生产中的稳定应用提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | It is introduced the structure,oil feeding system,water feeding system,principle,rolling process demand and etc.of roll seam lubrication device in 2250 mm hot-rolling plant,discussed in emphasis the application of optimized process lubrication in continuous hot rolling of steel strip.To production of high-strength steel the corresponding measures are made. |
